Built a shared authentication integration inside the core transaction path, proving it at Air India scale and shaping it for reuse across providers and payment experiences.

Owned the technical path for Air India Express across merchant communication, API readiness, linked-order refunds, reconciliation design, mentoring, and launch support.

Designed a compliant, multi-team currency platform spanning the FX-provider configuration dashboard, an extension to the existing payment page for DCC, MCP, or combined currency experiences, frontend-backend contracts, transaction variants, refunds, chargebacks, analytics, and gateway delivery.

Owned technical delivery for HSBC as the primary engineering point of contact, translating requirements into architecture and execution while building a configurable Feedzai risk extension.

Implemented Accertify risk scoring alongside configurable country and currency controls for merchant-specific payment eligibility.

Built the exchange-rate and conversion architecture behind comparable cross-currency merchant reporting at high transaction volume.

Implemented token mapping, API extensions, and deterministic routing for gateways with different Apple Pay data requirements.
