- Led Air India Express's integration from API walkthroughs and merchant issue resolution through production go-live; implemented linked-order refunds with LIFO child-order allocation and designed reconciliation across gateway files, ticket IDs, and order relationships.
- Owned the reviewed architecture for Dynamic Currency Conversion and Multi-Currency Processing, including the FX-provider dashboard and an extension to the existing payment page that resolves and presents DCC, MCP, or both through explicit frontend-backend contracts; covered authorization variants, refunds, chargebacks, gateway contracts, auditing, and analytics.
- Served as HSBC's primary engineering point of contact for requirements, technical decisions, Jira follow-through, and delivery communication; extended Feedzai risk coverage across transaction and refund lifecycles and built a backward-compatible notification-policy layer with dashboard configuration and audit logs.
- Implemented Accertify risk scoring plus merchant-configurable country and currency allow/deny controls across IndiGo and Air India payment work.
- Led a reusable 3DS authentication integration supporting 250K+ monthly Air India card transactions, including API contracts, shared data-pipeline boundaries, orchestration, production readiness, and load testing.
- Designed scheduled exchange-rate ingestion and query-time currency conversion for merchant analytics operating around a 20M-transaction/day product footprint, optimizing database and memory use for gigabyte-scale data.
- Designed configurable persistence for merchant-specific transient data beyond cache to support analytics and dashboards, while guiding junior engineers through implementation work.
